9/1: Breakfast (Brian)

Ok I’m still super confused about the zone block I should be in and how to split that up across the meals in a day. So I’m going to continue doing paleo (non-zone) until I figure this out. Yesterday’s WOD didn’t feel good at all and I think it’s because I didn’t pick the right zone block.

So here’s what I had for breakfast
2 sunny side up egg
6 oz of meat (combo of 1 sausage, salmon and some fatty short ribs)
5 lettuce heads

This is what it looked like.

Any comments on whether I should be eating more or less for breakfast?
