9/1 – Lunch (JV)

Okay, trying to eat more so I’m not as hungry later but also sticking to Paleo food:

Half plate of green salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing (tomorrow I will try just olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I feel like they might be putting a lot of sugar on the pre-made dressing)
1 slice of avocado
some egg (for salad)
Small cup of chicken salad (w/ little mayo)
A few strips of white turkey meat
A small scoop white meat curry chicken salad
Half a sausage

Looks like a lot of food but really they all fit in a paper plate and half of the plate is greens.

The sausage and avocado helped me get the “full” feeling.

    looks good man! lots of variety. see how you feel after that meal. if you don’t feel full you can eat more meat. i think you should be eating like 5 cups of meat at least with your body size.

    u dont have to eat small portions for this diet =D

    i hope when you say 1 slice of avocado, you mean half. not literally 1 slice. for your body type and activity level, you should probably be taking in half to 1 avocado.

    hendra, chime in if you have any suggestions on the portions …
