9/3: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (Brian)

Multipurpose Bacon … Cook it and then use the fat to cook your eggs and sausage!

Ok i’m not proud of what I ate for dinner … and I will try my BEST to pick the right foods in the next couple of days since since I’m taking my visiting cousin around San Francisco:

Breakfast
3 pieces of bacon (1 block)
2 sunny side up egg (2 blocks)
1/3 sweet potato (1 block)

Lunch
4 oz steak (4 blocks)
4 lettuce heads (2 blocks)
18 almonds (6 blocks)

Dinner – Tacolicious … sorry guys.
2 Taquitos with Avocado
1 Rock Cod Taco (half taco)
1 Carnitas Taco (no taco)
