Feel great or Feel like crap. Decisions. Decisions

Breakfast
3 bacons
2 omelette eggs
half an avocado
2 fish oil tablets

Lunch
2 cups of mixed vegetable (lettuce, tomato, cucumber)
5 oz steak (5 blocks)
18 almonds
2 fish oil tables

Post Workout Nutrition
2 scoops of 100% Whey Protein

Dinner
1 link sausage wrapped in bacon* (isn’t this a great diet)
4 oz steak basted in bacon fat* (did i say this is a great diet)
2 cups of mixed vegetable (lettuce, tomato, cucumber)
*all that bacon fat counts for the 6 blocks of fat
