    ur full just eating soup for a meal? i can never do that man. i feel full for a while (and as julia would say), you would pee it out … =) i’d probably sub the corn with a bowl of salad. doesn’t sound filling but once you do it a couple of times, your body will adjust and salad will get you full.

    where’s the soup from?

    hehe that soup was already in the corn..

    the soup is from soup company. they have it once a month and it’s really good. It probably has some carbs in the soup from other ingredients but i’m guessing it is paleo enough haha…

    I was hungry when I woke up so I finished the leftover… i’m hungry now and will go for some solid meat.

    Not to jinx it but I think I may have lost some weight already even without exercising. I finally weighed myself yesterday.

    I started working out again yesterday so a combination of both might accelerate results… hopefully.

    oops .. the corn was already in the soup is what I meant.

      It is definitely possible that you have lost some weight just by changing your diet. But when you start working out, especially when you start CrossFit, you can’t live off of creole soup per meal =). You’ll probably starve at a muscular level, so you waste all the effort during your CrossFit workouts. So be sure to eat enough protein, more protein than anything else. Just load up. 4 pieces of lettuce with 4 oz of steak should be the combination, to give you a better picture. And eat within the hour after a workout. Get some whey if you need to … I’d suggest to lay off on NOXPLODE.
