9/9: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (Brian)

Stir Fry Bok Choy with leftover Peking Spareribs and Chinese Sausage (lap chiong)
Tip: Put the Chinese sausage first on the pan (with no oil). It will produce some fat and oil and use that to cook the rest of the food. You don’t need salt or pepper anymore to taste, all the oil and fat from the sausage does the work. If you’re a strong believer of high fat, you can also use bacon fat =)

Breakfast
2 sunny side up egg
5 strips of bacon
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of grapes
Supplement: 3 fish oil tablet

Lunch
4 cups of bok choy
2 pieces of Peking spareribs leftover + sliced Chinese sausage (total to 5 oz)
18 pieces of almonds
Supplement: 3 fish oil tablet

WOD

Post Workout Nutrition
2 scoops of 100% Whey Protein

Dinner
“Julia’s Beefcake” – Recipe to follow
2 ground beef patties seasoned with sesame
2 links of Chinese sausage
6 cups of bok choy (2 blocks)
1 sunny side up egg

With a side of:
Half of Roma tomato
1/3 cup of Hikama
1/3 cup of Cucumbers

Supplement: 4 fish oil tablet (total of 10 tablets a day. Rx Baby!)
