Breakfast
1 banana

Lunch
2 blocks Carbs
2 cups of bok choy
1 cup of tomatoes
1 cup of jicama

5 blocks Protein
1 sausage
3 oz steak
half chinese sausage

6 blocks of Fat
18 almonds

Supplement: 3 fish oil

Dinner
Hot Pot at Spices!
No rice
3 bowls of soup (shrimp, tofu (not paleo), fish, scallops, napa cabbage on seafood broth)

Supplement: 4 fish oil
