9/10 – Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner (JV)

had a hard time with this one because I had to eat with co-workers during a field day at work:

Breakfast:
spinach and onion omelet

Lunch: – semi cheat
Quesadilla with chorizo, guacamole, and salsa. No beans or rice but I ate the wrap (carbs)

Happy hour – cheat
10 pcs Hooters wings with some ranch dressing
3 glasses of rum with diet coke

Dinner:
thai chicken salad (half only)
