2. 1 Roast Chicken Breast
3. Cup of Guacamole

Post work out:
1. 100% whey

Dinner (felt like eating breakfast food)

1. 3 strips of Bacon
2. 2 sausage links
3. Hamburger patty
4. Fried Egg
5. Sauteed Mushrooms
6. Green Salad
7. 3 strips of sweet potato
8. Piece of Apple
