1 cup of grapes
1 cup of strawberries

Lunch (BBQ at Lisa’s)
2 pieces of chicken
2 pieces of sausage
2 pieces of burger patties
chips and dips (not paleo)

Dinner
Seafood Hot Pot @ Spices (napa cabbage, fish, shrimp, squid, scallops)
Some pork intestine
Some pork ears
