9/15: Breakfast (Brian)

My 12 blocks breakfast
5 Blocks of Protein
2 sunny side up egg (2 blocks)
3 strips of bacon (1 block)
2 oz of sausage patty (2 blocks)

2 blocks of Carbs
2 heads of lettuce (1 block)
1 cup of cucumber (1 block)

6 blocks of Fat
18 almonds pieces (6 blocks)

Supplement: 4 fish oil tablets
