Breakfast: 2 Scoop Protein powder (4 Protein blocks)

Lunch: 5Oz. steak, 2 handful of Blueberries, half large avocado, 4 strips bacon

Dinner (FAIL): L&L Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Katsu + Macaroni salad, regular size. So what of I switched the rice, I still downed 4 scopps of evil macaroni salad. Brian, what’s that in carb blocks? 10?

    I love L&L haha. My wife loves the Macaroni Salad. I know you know but you can sub that rice with salad u know hahaha …. How many carb blocks for macaroni salad? Do you really want to know? If you don’t, don’t read this next paragraph … just cover your eyes and slowly move your mouse to the Back button =D

    Based on Food.com, Macaroni salad is made from:
    3 cups large macaroni — .25 cups per block. so 3 cups = 12 blocks
    1/4 cup grated carrot — 1 block of carbs
    1 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise — so little not even a block
    1/4 cup milk — .25 block P, .25 block C
    salt & pepper

    If 4 scoops = 2 cups, then that would be 9.25 blocks already. I warned you =)

    Yup that’s what I did 😦 subbed the rice with MORE mac salad. I ballparked it at 10 blocks, OMG that’s a lot. Thanks for doing all that math.

    I’m feeling bloated, lethargic, weak, sleepy and very irritable! Classic case study here for excessive grain/carb.
