9/17: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (Brian)

Get creative with how you eat your meals. Using lettuce as your “bun” is always a good Paleo choice.

Breakfast
3 oz ground beef
2 sunny side eggs
1 cup cucumber
.5 cup grapes
12 almonds

Lunch
5 oz ground beef
3 lettuce heads
2 cups of mushrooms
5 olives

Dinner
Oyaji w/ Hendra and wifey (thanks to JV’s recommendation)
Beef with grilled onions
Beef Tongue with grilled onions
Deep Fried Flounder
Fried Chicken
Seaweed salad
