9/19: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (Brian)

Breakfast
1 scoop of 100% whey with coconut water (not paleo, but was in a hurry and had to eat something before a long moving day)

Lunch
@ Grandma’s, so I can’t really say no, but I did say no to the rice. I think my grandma actually already know now =)
5 pieces of short ribs
1 Risoles (not paleo)
1 Chicken stips (not paleo because of the bread crumbs)
Tomato Soup with Chicken breast

Dinner
3 oz grass fed beef (yeah!)
2 oz of Bacon
2 lettuce heads
.5 cup of cucumber
5 tablespoons of avocado
9 pieces of almonds/walnuts combo
