9/19: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (Hendra)

Breakfast: 2 scoops Progenex

Lunch: Fasted, only drank water, a shot of oolong and a cup of coconut water.

Dinner: Palace Korean BBQ, at least a pound of various meat, lots of dessert, plenty of fats.

Felt good through the fasting, got very hungry closer to dinner (had it quite late, 8.30pm), and went ape-shit King Kong crazy during dinner. Felt fuzzy groggy satisfied after dinner, but strangely still awake now. I’m not looking forward to weighing myself tomorrow morning. Just weighed myself and I came in 2kg heavier than I was this morning.
