9/19/20 Lunch and Dinner (Jake)

Haven’t posted in awhile.

During the weekend, i kind of had cheat meals, starting with:

1.  Pint of beer
2. Double Big Mac

But, other than that, I was Paleo.

Sept 19

Lunch
1. Green salad
2. 2 strips of bacon
3. Fried egg
4. Hamburger Patty

Dinner
1. Egg Taco (egg, guacamole, beef, greens)

September 20

Lunch
1. Garlic Chicken
2. Carrots

Post workout
1. 100% Whey

Dinner
1. Leftover from Egg Taco last night
2. Fruit smoothie (no sugar added, just natural sugars of the fruit)
