Breakfast
3 scrambled eggs cooked with olive oil
1 sausage cooked with olive oil
1 cup coffee

Lunch
Salmon cooked with olive oil

Workout
Sumo deadlifts with 50 lbs
10 Push Jerks @ 50 lbs
10 Push Jerks @ 55 lbs
10 Push Jerks @ 60 lbs
10 Push Jerks @ 65 lbs
2x 15 wall balls with 12 lb medicine ball
Abs with 12 lb medicine ball

Post-workout
1 scoop of whey protein mixed w/ water

Dinner
Barbequed beef hearts
Salad – lettuce with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, walnuts, some salt & pepper
2 strips of bacon (cooked
2 small strips of cheese

    Looks good Gabby. I definitely love the BBQ beef hearts =) they’re so awesome, but I always seem to forget about em when I cook

    PS: do you actually eat 2 strips of bacon, uncooked?? haha
