09/22 – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (Sharon)

Breakfast – scrambled eggs with 2 sausages

Post-workout (Body Pump class) lunch – grilled chicken superfood salad from Leon; includes grilled chicken breast, wild rocket, edamame, haricot beans, and salad leaves with vinaigrette dressing.

Dinner – two sausages (I don’t have time to think about what to cook!!!) and spinach sauteed with butter.

After dinner – one banana, a handful of grapes, and a handful of blueberries.

Struggling to cook all the time or even think about what to cook that is Paleo…

    Did you check out the Paleo Recipe website links on the bottom of this blog? They have some really delicious ideas. Here’s a good idea that we learned from the seminar:
    1. Write in different columns: protein, carbs, fat, spices
    2. On each column, write the type of foods that fall under those categories. Google which are paleo which aren’t, you should have some idea by now
    3. Then whenever you want to cook, you just have to take one from each column and cook it together or separately

    I’ll try to find the list that we put together the other day from the seminar..
