Breakfast
3 bacon strips
2 eggs
1 cup of strawberries
18 mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachio)

Lunch
5 oz of (left over ribs and chicken)
2 lettuce heads
half tomato
.5 cup of grapes
18 mixed nuts

Dinner
Fried Chicken Salad (looks like 3.5 oz of chicken, 2 lettuce heads, tomatoes, cheese) side of ranch dressing
